About Coachh
Coachh is a health coach app for iPhone and Apple Watch (Android in November 2026) that counts calories from photos, keeps a food diary and macros, writes and adjusts strength programs, logs sets and PRs, coaches weight loss and tracks daily habit streaks, all from one chat. Made by People In Tech LLC.
Coachh is spelled with two h’s, and it isn’t related to the fashion brand Coach. Think of it as your 24/7 health coach: you tell it what you ate, lifted and weighed, it plans your week and tells you what to do today. You just show up; it keeps track, encourages you and adjusts.
Why we built it
Most people who want to get in shape already know roughly what to do. What they’re missing is structure and someone keeping them honest. Instead they juggle a calorie counter, a food diary, a training program, a lift tracker, a weight-loss app and a habit tracker, and quit when logging becomes a chore. A good personal trainer solves that, but not everyone can have one on call. Coachh does the jobs of all six apps in one conversation, so every answer knows your goal, your sleep, your lifts and what you ate.
What it does
- Photo calorie counts. Snap a meal and get an estimate shown as a range; scan a barcode for the label's exact numbers.
- Food diary and macros. Say what you ate in plain words ("2 eggs and toast") and it logs calories, protein, carbs and fat.
- Coach-led strength programs. A phased program built from your goals, with today's session posted each morning.
- Logging sets and personal records. Say "185 for 6" and the set is logged; new personal records are called out automatically.
- Weight-loss coaching. Weigh-ins with a 7-day trend, a weekly review and realistic timelines, with no promises.
- Daily habit streaks. Streaks that forgive a rest day: every 7 days in a row banks a streak save.
Key facts
- It does the jobs of six kinds of apps in one conversation: photo calorie counts, a food diary with macros, coach-led strength programs, logging sets and personal records, weight-loss coaching and daily habit streaks.
- You tell it what happened in your own words, by text or voice; it logs meals, workouts, weigh-ins, sleep and soreness from what you say.
- Each morning it posts today's plan, and makes it lighter, with the reason, after a bad night or when something is sore.
- Meal photo estimates are shown as ranges, wider when it's less sure; barcode scans log a package's exact numbers.
- Weigh-ins are tracked as a 7-day trend so one heavy morning barely moves it; every Sunday a weekly review links what you ate to how the trend moved.
- Streaks forgive: every 7 days in a row earns a streak save, and a missed workout is picked up the next day without doubling up.
- It can build hybrid plans (strength plus a 5K or 10K) and adapts step goals to what you already walk instead of a fixed 10,000.
- Launching on iPhone and Apple Watch on October 27, 2026, and on Android in November 2026. Until then you can join the launch list at www.coachh.app to be told the day it's out.
- It works with Apple Health (and Health Connect on Android): steps, sleep, workouts and smart-scale weigh-ins come in; workouts, weigh-ins and meal estimates go back.
- Price: Coachh Pro is one subscription with everything, $119.99 a year or $19.99 a month (US prices). The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; the monthly plan has no trial. There is no free tier.
- Founding members: the first 1,000 people get 30 days of Coachh free through an App Store offer code. The month ends on its own without charging, codes go out from launch day, October 27, 2026, and for 7 days after their month founders can subscribe at a founding price of $79.99 a year (www.coachh.app/founding).
- A public roadmap at www.coachh.app/roadmap ranks features by how many people asked for them in the app, never with their names; its Shipped list is the changelog.
- Privacy: no ads, data is never sold or used for advertising, heart-rate samples and sleep stages stay on the phone, and everything can be exported or deleted from the app.
- Safety: Coachh is a fitness and nutrition coach, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or dose medication, and urgent symptoms like chest pain stop the coaching and point to medical help.
- Limits: it isn't a person and doesn't pretend to be one; it has no community features, no micronutrient tables and no GLP-1 dose tracker, and it can't import a MyFitnessPal food history.
