Tell it what happened.
It tells you what to do.

Coachh is a fitness coach in a chat. Weigh in, vent about your back, snap your lunch. It logs everything and hands you a plan every morning.

iPhone and Apple Watch · Free during the beta

Opens with a note written from your week, not a generic quote.

Illustrative example. Individual results vary.

  1. Welcome: Coachh opens with a personal note. You’ve stacked 11 days, did great yesterday, and today ties your best streak.
  2. Today: you type “weighed 184.6”; Coachh logs it and shows today’s dashboard.
  3. Pep talk: you say you’re not feeling it after 5 hours of sleep; Coachh swaps in a lighter 30-minute plan.
  4. Snap a meal: you photograph a chicken salad; Coachh recognizes the food and logs 520 calories and 38 g protein.
  5. Workout: you start from chat and a live workout card tracks sets, rest and heart rate.
  6. Streaks and XP: holding the check-in closes the day, extends the streak to 12 and levels you up.
  7. Progress: asked how the month is going, Coachh shows weight down 4.8 lb and your week of check-ins.
  8. Just talk: you admit you almost skipped; Coachh reminds you that showing up is what the streak is made of.

For people who are done with spreadsheets

One sentence in. Five logs out.

Most fitness apps want a form. This one wants whatever you'd text a friend. It picks out the numbers, keeps the trend, and adjusts today's plan.

You, at 7:04 am

weighed 184.6, slept like garbage, lower back is tight. benched 4 sets yesterday and had 2 eggs and toast this morning

What Coachh logged

  • Weight184.6 lb
  • SleepPoor

  • WorkoutBench, 4 sets

Five apps’ worth of jobs. One conversation.

Most people stitch together a calorie counter, a food diary, a training program, a lift tracker and a weight-loss coach. Coachh does every one of those jobs from the same chat, and because it’s one app, each answer knows about the rest.

Show up. That counts.

Some days you’ll crush a workout. Some days you won’t want to open the app. On those days, press and hold one button. Your streak stays alive, and tomorrow starts from a win instead of a gap.

The busywork stays out of your day

No tabs, no forms, no chat history to manage. Open the app, see today, and talk.

Streaks that forgive a rest day

Recovery is part of the plan. After three days in a row, one rest day keeps your streak alive, so a sore Sunday doesn’t erase a good month.

Your week, honestly

Every Sunday, a short review: what moved, what slipped, one thing to change.

“Down 1.2 lb on the 7-day trend. All four lifts done. Protein hit 5 of 7 days, so aim for a bigger breakfast.”

Nudges, not nagging

A morning check-in and an evening streak save. Both skip themselves once you’re done, and you can reply from the lock screen.

Keep the streak
Your 11-day streak ends at midnight. One quick log keeps it.

Say what you want. It plans around it.

Change your focus any time by telling it. Each goal follows the training practice that works for it.

Protein targets, steps and three lifts a week, so the weight that comes off is fat, not muscle. It watches the 7-day trend so one salty dinner doesn't ruin your mood.

knee feels off. should i still squat today?

Swap back squats for box squats to a depth that’s pain-free, 3×8 at 60% of last week. If it’s sharp pain rather than achy, skip lower body today and walk instead.

how long until 175?

You’re trending down 1.2 lb a week. At that pace, 175 lands around the end of November. Keep protein near 140 g and it stays mostly fat.

Questions, answered

Anything else? Join the beta and reply to the welcome email.

Is it really just a chat?

Yes. Open the app and it's a conversation with a small dashboard on top. Weigh-ins, meals, sets, sleep and soreness all get logged from what you say. There's also a full workout player, widgets and a Watch app when you want them.

How accurate are the meal estimates?

Photos give an estimate, and the app says so, which is what consistency needs. For packaged food, scan the barcode and it logs the exact label numbers. Any meal can be edited afterward.

What happens if I miss a day?

After three days in a row, one rest day keeps your streak alive. Recovery is part of training, so the plan includes rest days on purpose.

Does it work with Apple Health and my scale?

Yes. It reads steps, sleep, workouts and weigh-ins from smart scales that write to Health, and saves your workouts, weigh-ins and meal estimates back to Health.

Is my data private?

Raw Health data stays on your iPhone; only daily summaries are stored. On supported iPhones, logs are picked out of your messages on-device with Apple Intelligence.

Does it replace a doctor?

No. It's a coach, not a clinician. If you describe symptoms that could be serious, it stops coaching and tells you to get medical help.

What does it cost?

It's free during the beta. Pricing will be announced before launch, and beta members hear first.
