Performance Intelligence

A pro athlete has a whole team.
Now you do too.

Performance Intelligence is the AI inside Coachh. It’s focused on one thing: exercise, health and how your body moves.

A pro athlete can have six to ten specialists working on their performance. We put what those fields know into one coach that answers when you ask, and speaks up before you have to.

One coach. Eight kinds of know-how.

Here’s who’s on a pro’s team, what they do, and where that knowledge shows up in Coachh.

  • A head coach at the side of a running track

    Head coach

Sets the direction and keeps everyone working from one plan.

In Coachh: Ranks your goals, gives you honest timelines and lays out the phases to get there.

  • A strength coach spotting a bench press

    Strength coach

Programs the lifts and decides when to add weight.

In Coachh: Writes your sessions, logs your sets and uses them to suggest what’s next.

  • A running coach with a stopwatch at a track

    Endurance coach

Builds the aerobic base and times the hard days.

In Coachh: Plans easy runs, intervals and long runs around your lifting.

  • A movement specialist watching an athlete hold a deep squat

    Movement specialist

Applies kinesiology: how your body moves, and how to move it better.

In Coachh: Shows how to do each exercise, and swaps one that doesn’t suit you or your gear.

  • A nutrition specialist setting out a balanced plate

    Sports nutritionist

Fuels the training and the recovery.

In Coachh: Sets calorie and protein targets, logs meals from a sentence or a photo, and suggests what to eat.

  • A recovery specialist helping an athlete stretch

    Recovery specialist

    Manages sleep, soreness and rest.

In Coachh: Checks in on how you slept and feel, and suggests a lighter session after a rough night.

  • A coach and an athlete talking quietly on a bench

    Mental performance coach

Keeps an athlete steady through the hard stretches.

In Coachh: Celebrates showing up, eases off in a hard week and never uses guilt.

  • A performance analyst with a clipboard watching an athlete train

    Performance analyst

    Turns the numbers into decisions.

In Coachh: Reads your trends, records and weekly reviews, with Apple Health or Health Connect if you allow it.

Photos are illustrative. These roles describe fields of knowledge, not people who work for Coachh, and Coachh doesn’t replace a licensed professional.

It answers. It also speaks up.

    Morning

It starts the day: how you slept, and what’s on today.

What’s inside

  • Your context

Your goals, schedule and equipment, what you’ve logged, and your health app if you allow it. Only the relevant parts go into each answer.

  • The science

Coaching rules drawn from exercise science, kinesiology, sports nutrition and recovery research, plus our exercise library and the same rules our free plans publish.

  • The limits

It’s not a doctor, physio or dietitian, and it says so. Chest pain or dizziness stops the coaching and points you to real help. Bigger changes wait for your review.

Questions about Performance Intelligence

What is Performance Intelligence?

It’s what we call the AI inside Coachh. It’s set up for one job: coaching you on exercise, nutrition, recovery and habits, using what you’ve shared about your goals, your schedule and your training.

How is it different from a general AI chatbot?

A general chatbot starts from nothing and waits for you to ask. Performance Intelligence works from your logs and your plan, follows coaching rules built for training and nutrition, and speaks up on its own with a morning message, a suggested change or a weekly review.

Which AI models does it use?

Replies, plans and estimates are written by AI models from established providers, named in our privacy policy. Performance Intelligence is what we built around them: the coaching rules, the exercise library, your records and the limits.

Does it replace my doctor, physio or dietitian?

No. It shares general coaching information and can make mistakes. For pain, an injury, a medical diet or anything that worries you, see a qualified professional.

Do real athletes or specialists work on it?

The team on this page is what a pro athlete has, and it’s the knowledge of those fields that goes into Coachh. No outside specialist has reviewed it yet. When one does, we’ll name them.
