Delete your Coachh account
Last updated October 10, 2026
You can delete your Coachh account, and everything in it, whenever you like: in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app. Coachh is made by People In Tech LLC.
Deleting the app doesn’t delete your account, and deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. See Subscriptions below.
Delete it in the app
- Open Coachh and sign in.
- Open the menu (top left), then Settings › Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted from our systems right away, and you’re signed out.
Want a copy first? Settings › Export my data gives you your logs as spreadsheet files.
Without the app
Email hello@peopleintech.io with the subject “Delete my Coachh account”, from the email address you use with Coachh. We’ll reply to that address to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account and everything in it and let you know when it’s done. We act on every request within 30 days, usually much sooner.
If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, your account uses an Apple relay address. You’ll find it on your iPhone in Settings › your name › Sign in with Apple › Coachh; include it in your email so we can find the account.
What’s deleted
- Your account: email address, name and sign-in. If you used Sign in with Apple, Coachh’s access to it is revoked.
- Your profile, goals, plan and programs.
- Everything you logged: weigh-ins, body measurements and body-fat readings, meals and nutrition estimates, workouts and sets, water, and your sleep, energy, pain and mood check-ins.
- What was uploaded from Apple Health (or Health Connect on Android): daily totals, weigh-ins, body-fat readings and workout summaries.
- Your chat with Coachh.
- Meal photos, and progress photos if you backed them up.
- Badges, streaks and records, and your invite code, so any invite link you shared stops working.
- Your phones’ notification tokens, so nothing more is sent to them.
- Ideas you posted to the feedback board.
- Your address on our email lists (coaching emails and the launch list), and your subscription record at RevenueCat, which manages Coachh Pro for us.
What’s kept, and for how long
- Backups: copies in our database backups are erased within 30 days, as the backups roll over.
- Server logs (IP address, browser and request times, kept for security): up to 30 days.
- Purchase records: Apple (or Google Play) keeps its record of your purchases under its own policies, and RevenueCat keeps only what the law requires it to.
- Anonymous usage events and crash reports were never linked to your account, name or email (see the Privacy Policy), so they can’t be traced back to you.
- Device check records (to stop abuse of the founding month and free plan builds): a one-way hash of a device or install identifier, when it was used, which founder code was redeemed on it and, on iPhone, the app’s App Attest public key. They’re no longer linked to any account and can’t be turned back into the identifier; they’re kept so that deleting and signing up again doesn’t give the same device another founding month (details).
- Products on Coachh’s food list: if you scanned a label for a product our food sources didn’t have, that product’s name and nutrition numbers stay on the list for the next person who scans it. Which account sent them is deleted with yours.
- On your devices: anything Coachh saved to Apple Health or Health Connect stays there, under your control; delete it in the Health app or in Health Connect. Files you exported stay wherever you saved them.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t stop a Coachh Pro subscription; the store that bills you does that. On an iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Coachh Pro › Cancel subscription. On Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Coachh › Cancel.
Delete some data, keep the account
You can edit or delete any log in the app, turn off Back up progress photos (Settings) to delete the backed-up copies, and turn off Coachh’s access to Apple Health or Health Connect at any time. To have anything else deleted, email hello@peopleintech.io.
