Founding member offer terms

1. The offer

A founding member gets one free month of Coachh Pro (30 days on Android), redeemed with a founding code: on iPhone, an App Store offer code; on Android, a Coachh founding code typed in the Coachh app. There are 1,000 founding spots in total, across both, shared across the channels we hand codes out through (the launch list, creators and community channels). Each channel’s offer has its own limit, and codes expire on the date given with them or when that offer’s limit is reached, whichever comes first.

Coachh is on iPhone first; Coachh for Android launches in November. On Android, the founding month is given by Coachh directly, not through Google Play: it isn’t a Google Play subscription, no payment details are needed, and there’s nothing to renew or cancel.

2. Who can redeem

• New Coachh Pro subscribers only. The offer doesn’t stack with the regular 7-day free trial.
• One per Apple Account on iPhone (Apple enforces this when you redeem), and one per Coachh account on Android (Coachh enforces it).
• One founding month per person and per device. See section 5.

3. What’s included

During the founding month, the coach has a fair-use allowance:

• Coaching (chat, meal photos and plan changes): up to 140 a week. The app shows what’s left as “This week’s coaching”. When it runs out, coaching pauses until the following Monday. It never bills you.
• Live voice: 15 minutes during the month, in one call or several.
• Plan builds: 2 (your first plan and one rebuild).
• Everything that isn’t the coach is unlimited: the workout player, logging, barcode scan, streaks, progress, Apple Watch, Apple Health and Siri.

Founding allowances are different from paid Coachh Pro allowances. We may change allowances to keep the service running for everyone; we’ll tell you in the app before a change applies to you.

4. How it ends

The month ends on the date shown in Coachh under Settings › Subscription (on iPhone, also in your Apple Account’s subscription settings). For 7 days after it ends, you can subscribe at the founding price of $79.99 a year, which stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break, or at $19.99 a month. After those 7 days, the standard prices apply: $119.99 a year (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) or $19.99 a month. Any subscription you choose renews automatically under section 4 of the Terms of Use until you cancel. Your data and history stay in your account either way.

5. Codes, and one month per person and per device

• Codes are personal and non-transferable, and have no cash value. A code is void if it’s sold or traded, or obtained through a channel we didn’t authorize.
• Each person and each device gets one founding month. To check this, Coachh recognises a device that has already had a founding month (how is explained in our Privacy Policy). A device that already had one gets a short coaching preview instead of the founding allowance.
• We may limit coaching for accounts that abuse offers (for example, using several accounts to get repeated free months) or that automate requests.

6. Refunds

Refunds of App Store purchases are decided by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), and of Google Play purchases under Google Play’s policies. If you ask Apple for a refund, we may share information about your use of Coachh, for example how much of the subscription you used, with Apple to help it decide.

7. Other terms

This offer is subject to the Coachh Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Apple’s or Google’s terms for the store you redeem through. It’s offered by People In Tech LLC. Questions: hello@peopleintech.io.
