Cancel or get a refund

Coachh Pro is billed by the store you subscribed through: Apple on iPhone, Google Play on Android. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your data stays.

On iPhone

1. In Coachh, open Menu › Settings and tap Manage subscription under Subscription.
2. Coachh asks for the main reason in one tap and may offer one thing that fits. Tap Continue to cancel any time.
3. The App Store’s subscription page opens. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Or, outside the app: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Coachh Pro › Cancel.

To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refunds.

On Android

Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.

1. Open Menu › Settings and tap Manage subscription.
2. Pick a reason, then tap Continue to cancel. On a monthly plan you may be offered Pause in Google Play instead.
3. Google Play’s subscriptions page opens. Tap Cancel subscription.

Or, outside the app: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Coachh › Cancel. Google Play handles refunds, from your order history in the Play Store.

Good to know

• Deleting the app, or your account, doesn’t cancel a subscription.
• A founding month doesn’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel: see Redeem a founding member code.
• The yearly plan’s free trial can be cancelled the same way before it ends, and you’re not charged.
