Send feedback or ask for a feature

How to tell the team about a bug or a wrong reply, ask for a feature, and vote on what Coachh builds next, from the chat or Settings.

Something broken, something missing, or a reply that was wrong? Tell us from inside the app. A person on the Coachh team reads every one.

In the chat

Start a message with “bug:” or “feedback:” and Coachh turns it into a card. A bug goes to the team with one tap on Send to the team; an idea can go on the members’ board. Say “I wish Coachh could…” and it offers to post it.

To flag one of the coach’s replies, press and hold it and tap Report this reply. The reply is sent along with what you say.

On iPhone

  1. Open Menu › Settings and scroll to Feedback.
  2. Tap Report a problem, say what happened and send it. It includes the app version, iOS version and iPhone model, nothing else.
  3. Tap Request a feature to ask for something. Requests are counted on the public roadmap.
  4. Ideas and requests (also Menu › Feedback) is the members’ board: vote on ideas or add your own.

On Android

Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.

  1. Open Menu › Settings › Feedback for Report a problem, Request a feature, Roadmap and Ideas and requests.
  2. To flag a reply, press and hold it › Report this reply.

Good to know

  • Leave personal or health details out of requests and ideas.
  • For billing, refunds or your account, see Support, or email hello@peopleintech.io to reach a person, usually within one business day.
