Delete your account
How to permanently delete your Coachh account and everything in it, and why you should cancel your subscription separately.

Deleting your account erases your profile, plan, chat, logs and photos from Coachh right away. It can’t be undone, so export your data first if you want a copy.
On iPhone
- Tap Menu (top left), then your name (or Profile) at the bottom to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read what gets deleted, then type DELETE in the box.
- Tap Delete my account. If you signed in with Apple, the button is Continue with Apple: confirming with Apple also revokes Coachh’s access to your Apple sign-in.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Tap Menu, then your name (or Profile) to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
Good to know
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Coachh Pro. The store bills you, so cancel there too: see Cancel or get a refund.
- Deleting the app doesn’t delete your account.
- Anything Coachh saved to Apple Health or Health Connect stays there, under your control.
- No longer have the app? Email hello@peopleintech.io from the address you use with Coachh. The full list of what’s deleted and kept is on Delete your account.
