How Coachh works
Coachh is one chat that logs your meals, workouts and weight, plans your week and tells you what to do today. Here’s how to start.
Updated
Coachh is a coach you text. Tell it what you ate, lifted and weighed, and it logs it, plans your week and tells you what to do today. Everything else is one tap away in the menu.
In the chat
Talk to it like you’d text a trainer: “weighed 182, slept 7 hours”, “had eggs and toast”, “what’s my workout today?” Or send a photo of your meal.
On iPhone
- Tap Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google or Email me a link.
- Answer a few questions: your goals, how and where you train, and which days. Connecting Apple Health means fewer questions.
- Coachh builds your plan. Then choose a Coachh Pro plan: yearly starts with a 7-day free trial.
- The chat opens. Tap Menu (top left), or swipe in from the left edge, for Today, Food, My plan, Progress, Workouts, Lessons, Feedback and Settings.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Sign in with Google, Apple or Email me a link, and answer the same questions. Health Connect takes the place of Apple Health.
- Tap Menu (top left) for the same places.
Good to know
- Prices and the trial: Coachh Pro.
- Coachh runs on iPhone and Apple Watch, and on the unfolded iPhone Duo the chat sits beside a Today panel. iPad and Apple TV apps are coming soon.
- Coachh is a fitness and nutrition coach, not medical care. In an emergency, call 911. Where the numbers come from, and what the coach won’t do.
