Show up and streaks
What keeps your streak going, how holding Show up counts on a quiet day, and how streak saves cover a day you miss.
Updated
All Coachh asks is that you show up. A check-in, a weigh-in, a workout or simply showing up keeps your streak going. On a day with nothing else, holding Show up counts.
In the chat
Ask “what’s my streak?” for your streak card: your best, your saves, today’s habits and your streak in each area. It’s answered on your phone, using none of your coaching allowance.
On iPhone
- At the top of the chat, press and hold Show up, the first of today’s six habits. Hold to show up changes to Today counts.
- Tap the flame at the top right to open Your streak: your best, streak saves, level and the last 12 weeks.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Press and hold Show up in the habits row at the top of the chat.
- Tap the flame at the top right to open Your streak.
Good to know
- Every 7 days in a row earns a streak save, and you can hold two. A save covers a missed day on its own.
- A day that isn’t over yet never breaks your streak.
- Missed yesterday? Today, check in and do one more thing (a weigh-in, a meal, your workout or a lesson) to repair it. Today shows Check in now when you can.
- I showed up on the evening streak notification counts too, as does the iPhone streak widget’s button.
- See also Badges, XP and levels.
