Your daily check-in
How the morning check-in works: tell Coachh how you slept and how you feel, and it builds today’s plan around it.
Updated
Each morning, tell Coachh how you slept and how your body feels, and your weight if you like. There’s no form to fill in. Coachh logs it and posts today’s plan: lighter after a rough night, as written after a good one.
In the chat
Say something like “slept 6 hours, legs are sore” or “weighed 181, slept great”. Sore legs today means going easy on them today, without changing your plan for good. A lasting injury (“my knee is hurt”) steers new sessions away from it until you say it’s fine.
On iPhone
- Open the chat and say how you slept.
- Or open Menu › Today and tap Check In, or Tell Coachh how you slept. Either starts the message for you.
- Send it. Today’s plan follows in the chat and on Today.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Say how you slept in the chat.
- Or open Menu › Today and tap Tell Coachh how you slept or Check In.
Good to know
- If the plan is lighter and you’d rather do the whole thing, tap Undo on the line that says why.
- A check-in keeps your streak going and earns 15 XP. With no connection it still counts, and it’s saved once you’re back online.
- A morning reminder can nudge you until you’ve checked in: see Reminders and notifications.
- If you describe urgent symptoms, like chest pain, Coachh shows a safety message instead of a plan. In an emergency, call 911.
