Reminders and notifications

How to turn on the morning check-in and evening streak reminders, pick their times, and choose which notifications Coachh sends.

Updated

Reminders are off until you turn them on. The morning one skips days you’ve already checked in, and the evening one only comes if you haven’t logged anything that day. You can reply right from a reminder to log without opening the app.

On iPhone

  1. Open Menu › Settings and turn on Reminders. Allow notifications when asked.
  2. Set the times for Morning check-in and Evening streak nudge, or switch either off. With a plan, there’s Training days too.
  3. Check in when a week gets busy sends one friendly check-in, with a 15-minute version of the day’s session, after two missed sessions in a row.
  4. Under Notifications, choose what your coach may send: Check-ins from your coach, When your plan is ready, Streak at risk, in the evening, Trial and membership reminders and Offers.

On Android

Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.

  1. Open Menu › Settings, turn on Reminders and allow notifications.
  2. Set Morning check-in, Evening streak nudge and Training days. Notifications has the same choices as on iPhone.

Good to know

  • Reminders come at the times you set. Notifications from your coach never come between 9 pm and 8 am, and at most three a day.
  • A coach check-in only says your coach has something for you. What it is stays in the app.
  • Walking nudges and the photo day reminder are under Walking and steps and Progress photos, and need Reminders on.
  • Notifications off for Coachh in your phone’s settings? Tap Allow notifications in Settings.
