What Coachh remembers

How Coachh remembers what you tell it, how health notes wait for your okay, and how to see, change, pause or delete its memory.

Updated

Coachh keeps one long conversation with you and remembers the lasting things you tell it: your schedule, injuries, what you eat, events coming up, how you like to be coached. It uses them wherever they help, like meal advice for a vegetarian or a check-in before your wedding.

In the chat

Just say it: “I work night shifts”, “remember I’m vegetarian”. A Remembered chip appears with Undo. To take something back, say “forget that I’m vegetarian”.

Health details, like something a doctor said, are different: Coachh asks Keep this? first and doesn’t use them until you tap Keep this.

On iPhone

  1. Open Menu › Settings and tap Memory.
  2. Tap anything to edit its words or category, or swipe it to delete it. Add something adds a note in your own words.
  3. Waiting for you lists health notes you haven’t kept yet.
  4. Turn on Pause memory to stop Coachh remembering anything new.

On Android

Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.

  1. Open Menu › Settings and tap Memory.
  2. Tap a row to edit it, or press and hold it for Delete. The rest is the same as on iPhone.

Good to know

  • Forget everything deletes what Coachh remembers. Clear chat history deletes the conversation. Your logs and workouts stay either way.
  • Coachh can also look back through your history when you ask: “what did I eat at my sister’s wedding?”, “when did I last do legs?”
  • Your memory and chat are included when you export your data.
