Talk to Coachh
How to type, dictate or have a live voice check-in with Coachh, hear replies read aloud, react to a reply, and search your thread.
Updated
Coachh is one long conversation. Type, dictate, or talk out loud in a live voice check-in: whatever you say is logged the same way.
In the chat
Type in Message Coachh and tap Send. Press and hold a reply to react with an emoji, copy it, or Report this reply if it’s wrong or unsafe.
On iPhone
- Tap the mic to dictate into the message box. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.
- Tap the waveform for a live voice check-in (or use Talk to your coach in Control Center). Just talk: “slept okay, benched four sets”. Coachh talks back, and what it logs shows with Undo.
- Mute pauses your mic; the red X ends the call, and the conversation lands in your chat.
- Tap the speaker under any reply to hear it, or turn on Settings › Voice › Read replies aloud.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- The mic and the waveform work the same way. Or long-press the Coachh icon › Talk to your coach.
- Tap the speaker under a reply, or turn on Read replies aloud in Settings › Voice.
Good to know
- Voice check-ins come with Coachh Pro: up to 20 minutes a call and 60 minutes a month (15 in a founding month).
- The search button at the top of the chat finds past meals, workouts, weigh-ins and check-ins, or jumps to any day.
- Replies are generated automatically, so they can be wrong, and they aren’t medical advice.
