Log a workout
How to run today’s workout in the player, log sets by voice or tap, tell Coachh what you lifted, and add or fix a past workout.
Updated
The easiest way is today’s session in the workout player: weights come filled in from last time, and every set you finish is logged. Trained without it? Tell Coachh what you did.
In the chat
Say “did bench 3 sets of 5 at 185” and Coachh logs the workout with every set. Got a number wrong? “Actually the bench was 175, not 185” fixes those sets.
On iPhone
- Tap Start on today’s workout (in the chat, on Today or Workouts), then Start again.
- Check the weight and reps and tap Done set, or tap the mic and say “185 for 6”. Rate it Easy, Good or Hard; the next set adjusts.
- On the rest, +15s adds time and Skip rest moves on. Skip set, Swap and More sit under each set.
- When you’re done, tap the X › Finish and review › Save workout.
To add a workout by hand, tap + on Workouts, fill it in and tap Save.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Tap Start on today’s workout, then Start again.
- Tap Done set after each set, then rate it.
- Tap the X › Finish and review › Save workout. + on Workouts logs one by hand.
Good to know
- A workout added by hand is saved as now. To change the day, open it, tap Edit and change When. Delete workout is there too.
- Close the app mid-workout and it comes back paused where you were. One left paused for 12 hours is dropped.
