The Workouts page
Today’s session, what’s coming up this week and next, and every workout you’ve done, on one page, with your lifts, records and routines.
Updated
Workouts puts your training in one place: today’s session with Start, what’s coming up from your plan, and every workout you’ve done, newest first.
In the chat
Ask “what’s my workout today?” and you get a pill with its name, its length and Start. Tap the pill to open Workouts. Any workout pill in the chat opens Workouts at that workout.

- Today has today’s session: tap Start, or tap the session to preview it. On a rest day there’s an optional recovery flow.
- Upcoming is the rest of this week, as you’ve moved it, then Next week as planned. Tap a day to preview it.
- Previous has this week’s sessions, sets and volume, then every workout. Tap one to see its sets, or to edit it.
- Lifts and records shows each lift’s records and estimated max. Routines holds your own sessions, to start any day.
