My meals
Save the meals you repeat, like a usual breakfast, and log one in a tap or one sentence, with the numbers you saved.
Updated
A meal is several foods you eat together, like a usual breakfast or a protein bowl. Save it once, then log it in one tap or one sentence.
In the chat
Say “had my usual breakfast” or “log my protein bowl”. It’s logged as one meal with the numbers you saved, with Undo. If two of your meals fit, Coachh asks which. After logging a meal, say “save that as my usual breakfast”.
On iPhone
- Open Menu › Settings › My foods, then My meals › New meal. Name it, add foods, and set each portion. A photo is optional. Or tap Save as a meal on a meal you logged.
- To log one, tap it in My meals, pick ½, 1, 1½ or 2 and the meal, then tap Log it.
- Swipe a meal to edit, duplicate or delete it (Undo brings it back).
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Open Menu › Settings › My foods, then My meals › New meal, or tap Save as a meal on a meal you logged.
- Tap a meal to log it with ½, 1, 1½ or 2, then tap Log it.
- Long-press a meal to edit, duplicate or delete it.
Good to know
- Up to 50 meals, 20 items each.
- The numbers are copied into the meal, so it stays the same if you change a food in My foods.
- Meals sync to your account and are in your data export. Coachh never reminds you to log one.
