The food journal
How to see the last 30 days of meals at a glance, open any day’s meals and totals, and fix a meal from weeks ago.
Updated
Food shows your last 30 days as a grid of weeks. Each logged day is shaded green by how close it came to your calorie target, and a day with nothing logged stays empty. Nothing is ever red.
On iPhone
- Open Menu › Food (just under Today).
- The grid runs Monday to Sunday, with today outlined. Tap any day.
- You’ll see each meal with its time, calories, protein, carbs, fat and items, and the day’s totals against your targets.
- Tap a meal to open Edit meal and fix it.
Tapping a meal pill in the chat also opens Food on that meal’s day.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Open Menu › Food.
- Tap a day to see its meals and totals, then tap a meal to fix it.
Good to know
- At the largest text sizes, the grid becomes a list of days, each with how it went.
- Nothing logged today? Tap Tell Coachh what you ate.
- Older days fill in once Coachh can reach your log; until then you’ll see this week.
- The shading uses your daily calorie target. To change it, see Calorie and protein targets.
- Food can’t be opened by asking in the chat. Use the menu or a meal pill.
