My foods
How Coachh remembers the foods you log with their numbers, suggests them as you type, and how to rename, fix or stop suggesting one.
Updated
Every food you log, scanned, photographed or typed, is remembered with its numbers. Next time, it shows up as you type, and logging it takes one tap.
In the chat
Say “had my yogurt” or “my usual breakfast” and Coachh logs your own version with your numbers. Or start typing a food you’ve had before: up to three chips appear above the message box, and one tap logs it.
On iPhone
- Open Menu › Settings › My foods.
- Tap a food to rename it, fix its numbers for one serving, or turn off Suggest this food. Tap Save.
- Or swipe a food and tap Stop suggesting.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Open Menu › Settings › My foods.
- Tap a food to rename it or fix its numbers, then Save. The eye button stops suggesting it.
Good to know
- When you fix a food’s estimate, with Fix name and numbers on a meal, Coachh uses your numbers for that food next time, even in a photo.
- Not lately holds foods you haven’t had in six weeks; they aren’t suggested until you log one again.
- Not suggested holds the ones you’ve turned off. They stay in My foods but aren’t used for estimates.
- With the message box empty, you’ll see chips for recent meals instead.
