Weigh in
How to log your weight in the chat or with the quick weigh-in, fix or delete a weigh-in, and why Coachh watches the 7-day trend.
Updated
Weigh in as often as you like. Coachh tracks your 7-day trend, so one heavy morning after a salty dinner barely moves it. The trend is the number that matters.
In the chat
Say “weighed 182.4 this morning”, or “82,5 kg” if you weigh in kilograms. “Yesterday I weighed 183” logs it on yesterday. Typed it wrong? “Actually it was 181.4” right after replaces it, or tap Undo on its card.
On iPhone
- Tap Weigh in today’s habits at the top of the chat.
- In This morning’s weight, scroll the ruler to your weight.
- Press and hold the button until it says Logged.
You can also use the Log weight control in Control Center, tell Siri “Weigh in with Coachh”, or use Log weight on your Apple Watch.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Tap Weigh in today’s habits, set your weight and press and hold to log it.
- Or long-press the Coachh icon › Log weight.
Good to know
- To delete a weigh-in, open Menu › Progress, find it under Recent weigh-ins, tap ⋯ (or press and hold it) and tap Delete.
- A weigh-in from a smart scale comes in through Apple Health or Health Connect once, and counts for today. Those are deleted in the health app, not in Coachh.
- A weight said with its unit is read in that unit, whatever you usually use.
- See the trend on Progress.
