Progress and trends
How to read your weight trend, records, pace and milestones on Progress, ask Coachh how you’re doing, and find your weekly and monthly recaps.
Updated
Progress brings your numbers together: your weight and its 7-day average, your lifts and records, your pace toward your goal and your milestones. The line, not any one morning, is what tells you how it’s going.
In the chat
Ask “show my progress” for a card with your weight, the trend and this week against last. “How am I doing?” adds the coach’s honest view. “Show my records” lists your top lifts, and “how far have I come since July?” gets looked up from your whole history.
On iPhone
- Open Menu › Progress.
- Under Weight, pick 30d, 60d or All. Dots are daily weigh-ins; the line is your 7-day average. Drag across the chart to inspect a day.
- Scroll for Recent weigh-ins, Body, Lifts and records, Estimated max, Hard sets this week, Your wins, Pace, Food and results, Numbers, Activity and Milestones.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Open Menu › Progress. The sections are the same, top to bottom.
Good to know
- Each Sunday, your week in review posts in the chat, with what you ate next to how your weight moved. On the 1st, last month’s recap posts too, and shows at the top of Progress. Ask “show my recap” any time.
- Sharing a recap leaves your weight, measurements and photos out unless you switch them on.
- Activity needs Apple Health or Health Connect for steps: see Apple Health and Health Connect.
- Milestones need a goal weight: set one in Settings › Goal.
