Change your plan
How to change your training days, goals, split or equipment, and how Coachh reviews a change honestly before anything changes.
Updated
Your plan is built from your goals, schedule and equipment, and it changes with you. Before a real change to the program, Coachh gives you its honest take, whether it helps or hurts your goals, and shows the new version.
In the chat
Say what you want and why: “I can only train 3 days a week now”, “switch me to a bodybuilding split”, “make it harder”. Coachh reviews it, and you pick Use the new plan or Keep mine.
Some changes apply at once: “my gym has no cables” updates your equipment, “my knee is hurt” steers sessions around it, and “I hate burpees” keeps them out of your plans.
