Move or skip a workout
How to move today’s session to tomorrow or swap it with a later day this week, and what happens when you miss a session.
Updated
Life moves your week around, so the plan can too. You can move today’s session to tomorrow, or do a later day’s session today. Moves stay inside this week, Monday to Sunday, and reset when a new week starts.
On iPhone
- Open Menu › My plan and tap a day on the week strip, or a session under This week.
- On today’s session, tap Move to tomorrow. On a later day, tap Start this instead or Do Thursday’s today (with that day’s name).
- Changed your mind? Tap Put the week back as planned.
You can also open a day from Upcoming on the Workouts page.
On Android
Coachh for Android launches in November 2026. These are the steps for the Android app once it’s out.
- Open Menu › My plan and tap a day on the week strip.
- Tap Move to tomorrow, Start this instead, Do Thursday’s today or Put the week back as planned.
Good to know
- Move to tomorrow isn’t offered on Sunday, when the week ends. Doing a later day’s session works while nothing’s logged today.
- There’s no skip button. If you miss a session, Coachh picks it up next instead of skipping ahead. Only one missed session is made up, rest days stay rest days, and a new week starts clean.
- Short on time instead? Tell Coachh “I only have 15 minutes”: see Short on time.
- The chat can’t move a session to another day yet, so use My plan.
- In a workout, you can skip a set or a whole exercise: see Log a workout.
